Our training is all about YOU

We take the time to find out what you do and how you do it before any training schedule is produced. This, in itself, often results in improvements to your Direct Debit processes.

The number of attendees at each session is limited to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate fully and gain the maximum benefit from the workshop.

We appreciate that Bacs and Direct Debits are not the most exciting issues in the world! We therefore carefully plan our sessions to be a maximum of 2 hours. This not only ensures good attention but fits around the requirements of a busy office.

A day’s training often works out at no more than £50 per attendee which represents tremendous value.
